Rajitha Venugopal is a Registered Physiotherapist in Alberta, Canada, with over 28 years of experience in physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Throughout her career with Alberta Health Services, Covenant Health, and CapitalCare, she has worked with individuals with a wide range of neurological, orthopedic, cardiothoracic, pulmonary, and post-surgical conditions, helping them improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and independence.

Rajitha takes a patient-centered approach, combining evidence-based physiotherapy with compassionate and individualized care. She develops personalized rehabilitation programs based on each client’s condition, functional needs, goals, and lifestyle.

Rajitha is also authorized to conduct AADL mobility assessments, assisting eligible clients with mobility equipment assessments, including walkers and transfer aids, and providing guidance throughout the equipment funding process.
